VITILIGO

In January I had my early physical and my doctor told me she found something and wanted me to get it checked out. So she sent me to a dermatologist and I was diagnosed with vitiligo (vit-a-lie-go) Vitiligo is an autoimmune disease So for the past three months i have been taking vitamins to see if they help and today way my follow-up visit. It has spread to my hands (that is not my hand, mine is not that noticeable) and around my mouth so now we are just going to be a little more aggressive. My mom keeps joking that I am allergic to Utah and that I need to write a book about all the stupid things that have happened to me since I have been here, it looks like I just got more fuel for the fire!!

EASTER

I know this is a little late but here our photos from Easter. I made Smitty hunt or his basket (which was not hard to find in a one bedroom apartment) and then we went to the Meads' for dinner. It was also my mother's birthday HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!! oh and will someone show mom the photos of the mountains and the power plant- I wanted her to see my view

I bought tulips yesterday hoping it would bring on spring but unfortunately when I woke up this morning had more snow. Come on!

ERIE, PA

Lake Erie- the beach will be awesome when the ice is gone










We finally got our internet set-up today! Hooray!! About a week after we moved to cottonwood Heights we headed to Erie to check it out. We didn't take many picture because Erie is in it's ugly stage. Winter is just winding down and spring has not yet sprung.

WE MOVED!!!

Just to update those who might not know- In order to move to Erie, PA we had to sell our condo. (We close on Wednesday the 11th) so because we aren't leaving until July we needed a place to stay so we rented an apartment in Cottonwood Heights- Abi and Colter be prepared for a lot more drop ins. we will post photos of our little home as soon as its a little more put together.

TODAY

three hours down, nine-ish to go. It's hard to say your bored at work becasue if you get bored at a hospital it usually means people are healthy which is good for them just bad for business.

I have been taking care of the same three critical patients for the past three weeks, unfortunatley one of them passed this morning. (we like to call it a celestial transport) my other two are in a holding pattern. I'm taking a quick break to drink my breafast and then head back to the ICU to listen to the heart monitor beep, beep, beep.
