Our new tree! Next year we will add ornaments and a star
 Party treats
Ashley's fancy table for Christmas eve

I had to work on Christmas this year, however we were invited to our friend's house for a potluck on Christmas eve. The food was so good! We had a ton of fun decorating t-shirts (this a family tradition of Cassidy's)

Pre- Christmas

Our ward had a Christmas party on Dec 4th and they asked people to decorate gingerbread houses for the table centerpieces. People got so creative. There was an UP! house, a castle, The Wizard of OZ and the Philadelphia temple. I jokingly asked that mine not be placed by the temple. It took me two days to build. Ambush tried to at the roof so I put it outside under a clear plastic storage bin. I woke up to squirrels trying to get at it, so I brought it inside and turned the heat off. It made it all the way to the church parking lot before the second story fell off.
For the ward Halloween party Ashley, Cassidy and I wanted to go as rock, paper and scissors. It ended up snowing the night of the party so they had to cancel it and move it to a night I worked( I printed a picture of myself in costume and Ash stapled it to herself- she's the paper). Almost Two months later we were finally able to get together and document our costumes
Just for fun, She was so not happy! ha ha

Finally Thanksgiving

I at least took my camera with me this time, but... didn't use it. We went to Pittsburgh this year with our East Coast family, the Newlands and the Vogels. All of the food was AMAZING!!! We had deep fried turrkey, bean cooked in bacon grease, sweet potatoes that tasted like candy and nutella pie. We broke our tradition of bowling that day after Thanksgiving but there's always next year for that!
